Purchase and full removal of a steel constructed shed (including cleanup of site and removal of all fixings) clad with zincalume sheeting, which is situated at NSW Health Supports Pacific Linen Service, Pennant Street Cardiff.
The shed is 38 metres in length, 8 metres wide, 2.5 metres high and has one side (38 metres) unclad as it shares the wall of an existing building.
It contains 50 off single 38-watt fluorescent batten fittings and their associated wiring and switchboard.
This project must be in compliance with Hunter New England Area Health Service Contractor Management Systems (as per Contractors Handbook).
