Tender Details
NSW Health is requesting sponsorship proposals for the 2008 NSW Health Awards. There will be options to extend to 2009 and 2010 by mutual agreement between the successful sponsor and NSW Department of Health. The option to extend will be considered subsequent to each years event.
The Awards program, which is strategically aligned to the Goals and Strategic Directions of NSW Health, is aimed at fostering innovation and knowledge sharing about advancements in promoting health, quality healthcare and improving health system performance.
An attractive package of Sponsor entitlements is offered, particularly a high profile at the Awards Dinner on Friday 31 October 2008 at the Australian Technology Park (ATP), which caters to 400 guests. Awards will be announced by the Director-General and presented by the Minister, with the sponsors representative on stage to congratulate the winners.
The Sponsor will also receive appropriate acknowledgements: logo and name on Awards trophies, plaques, certificates, Winners & Finalists publication and presence on the 2008 Awards web page, and; Trade Exhibitor entitlements at the annual NSW Health Expo (also on 31 October at the ATP, preceding the Awards Dinner). The Expo, with up to 500 attendees expected, is subject to a separate Prospectus (copy enclosed for your information) being managed by the Australian Resource Centre for Healthcare Innovations (ARCHI).
Potential sponsors are encouraged to include proposals that would add interest, impact, value or other benefits to the NSW Health Awards.
Selection of the successful Sponsor will be through consideration of the relative merits of the proposals, as well as further discussion and negotiations if appropriate.
