This Request for Tender is seeking quotations from suitably qualified organisations to provide NSW Health with: *online clinical information subscription databases, journals, portals and books that are provided to staff in the health system through the Clinical Information Access Program (CIAP), and *managed services to administer and maintain access to these resources, including the technological infrastructure to manage access, A-Z resource lists, federated searching and support, training and marketing services. CIAP is a critical resource to clinicians across NSW Health and has been operating since 1997. It provides information to support evidence-based practice at the point of care to support the delivery of high quality and cost effective health care. CIAP is available to all nurses, midwives, doctors, allied health, community health, ancillary and library staff working in the NSW public health system, including students on clinical placement.
