This document outlines the unique opportunity being presented to the market in relation to the preparedness by Sydney West Area Health Service (SWAHS) to allow the private sector to develop, lease and operate select retail and service outlets (and associated activities) in the various public areas and dining precincts throughout the nominated campuses.
The type of retail offering or commercial service will vary throughout the various campuses, and it is for this reason that this RFP aims to short list suitable Respondents in the first instance, and then as each of the specific retail opportunities or service needs is identified, discussions may be initiated with one or more Respondents who are considered appropriate to that opportunity.
