NSW Health / The Provision of a 24 Hours A Day, 7 Day A Week State Mental Health Call Centre (SMHCC) for NSW Health - HS022-2008

The majority of consumers of public mental health services make initial contact with MH services by telephone. This tender seeks a service provider who is able to provide a MH telephone call centre across all of NSW. The SMHCC will be promoted as the access point to gain access to MH services for all new clients and for all emergency MH callers. It is anticipated that this line will become the single point of access for all callers, except in exceptional circumstances.
