Tender Details

The project is to provide an enlarged integrated community health facility in Osman Street, Blayney.

The proposed extension is of single storey design of BCA classes 5 (Health consulting zone) and is linked to a 9B (Hospital in-patient zone), requiring smoke-rated compartmentation between the BCA classifications. Type of construction is Type C.

The work is to be staged in two distinct stages to allow for continual occupation of the GP consulting zone concentrated in the northern zone of the existing building. Staging particulars are noted on the architectural drawings and must be completly allowed for within the tender sum.

Trades will include amongst others: Electrical, Plumbing, Air conditioning and Carpentry.

Estimated project completion date is 30th June, 2009.
