The Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District (ISLHD) is seeking approved accrediting agencies to provide accreditation services to the District.The services consist of:
• Mental Health, located across multiple sites and include inpatient and community servcies.
• Oral Health Service
• Drug and Alcohol
• Ambulatory and Primary Healthcare
The service provider will be an approved accrediting agency and will conduct accreditation to the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards and the Clinical Trials Governance Framework to the ISLHD district.
ISLHD will rely upon the provider to understand the scope and geographical spread of the facilities throughout the district and make appropriate resourcing allocations to ensure the face-to-face assessment activities are met.

Conditions for Participation
The provider must be approved by the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care as an approved accrediting agency to assess health service organisations to the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards (Second Edition) and the Multi-Purpose Services (MPS) Module and Clinical Trials Framework.
