Tender Details

The Greater Southern Area Health Service (GSAHS) is seeking expressions of interest from suitable parties for the lease and operation of the Hospital Coffee Shop on the Wagga Wagga Base Hospital site. The lessee will be responsible for all cost associated with the proposed operation.

Wagga Wagga is the largest inland city in NSW with a population of approximately 61,000.

GSAHS provides acute hospital services for residents of Wagga Wagga and outlying towns from across the Riverina.

The Wagga Wagga Base Hospital has approx 250 beds and includes a broad range of acute medical and surgical services, day surgery, emergency, rehabilitation, aged care, radiology, pathology and other allied health services including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, dietetic, speech pathology, social work and provision of aids for disabled people (PAPD). Campus staff is in the order of 800 who have limited access to a Staff Cafeteria that operates during morning tea and lunch.
