 The scope of this RFT includes:

•  Manufacture, supply and fitting of refrigerated truck bodies and tailgate lifter compliant with C and MR licence classes.
•  Manufacture, supply and fitting of non-refrigerated truck bodies and tailgate lifter compliant with LR, MR and HR licence classes.
•  Decommissioning and re-commissioning of truck bodies from old cab chassis to new cab chassis (body swap).
•  Service truck body and supplied accessories (i.e. refrigeration, lighting, tailgate lifter) either directly or via an agent at the HealthShare locations across NSW.
•  Refurbish existing bodies to extend life for 2-3 years - optional.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

A mandatory site visit will be held for Tenderers on the date, time and at the location indicated below. Agency Representatives involved in this RFT will be available at the session to answer queries regarding this RFT and the RFT Process.

Names of persons attending the briefing session must be provided to the Contact Officer at least three (3) working days prior to the date. No more than two (2) persons from each Tenderer will be permitted to attend the Tenderer briefing.

It is mandatory for suppliers to attend the site visit in order to submit a Tender.
