The Greater Southern Area Health Service (GSAHS) is seeking expressions of interest from suitable fully incorporated (constituted) Non-Profit Organisations (NPO) for the development, provision and ongoing management of a Patient /Carer’s Accommodation Centre on the site of the Albury Base Hospital. The NPO will be responsible for all cost associated with the proposed development (including associated car parking) and will be required to purchase an area of land on the north eastern corner of the Albury Base Hospital site ,estimated area 2700m2 to 3000m2, for fair market value as determined by an accredited independent property Valuer.
