The RFx is for the Provision of CNC Nesting Machine at Furniture Business Unit at South Coast Correctional Centre.

Please include Maintenance Services schedule plan for up to ten (10) years post warranty period.

The machine must include but not limited to:

1.       Cutting edge technology software (latest Version)

2.       Minimum 3600 x 1800 bed size

3.       Multi Tool changing system

4.       Auto label function

5.      Compatibility with following software currently in use Solidworks (Drawings):

1. CabMaster (3D)
2. EzyNest (or suitable nesting software is supplied to replace)
3. Ability to read and process 3D file types
