Tender Details

The successful respondent will deliver debt recovery services for the collection of unpaid invoices issued from the jurisdictions of NSW courts. Invoices in scope will include:

• Filing Fees

• Hearing Allocation Fees

• Hearing & Long Hearing Fees

• Fees for transcription Services

• Fees for Subpoenas

• Fees for copies of documents, court orders or judgements

• Costs Assessments Costs

Court fines, court costs and Victims Compensation Levies are out of scope.

 

The successful respondent will respect legislative obligations in the process of undertaking written and spoken contact with the court user and/or the court user’s representative for the purpose of obtaining payment of the invoice and/or agreeing to payment of the invoice over time.

 

 

 

The successful respondent will also be required to establish the whereabouts of court users and/or their representatives including but not limited to:

• attend on the court user and/or representative and make personal demand for payment of a debt,

• undertake real property and company searches

 

 

The successful respondent will maintain timely, accurate and detailed transcription of all collection activity undertaken and provide the Department with recommendations on debt recovery strategies including litigation where considered appropriate and necessary.
