Tender Document Cost - $110 inclusive of GST
Portion A
The purpose of this portion is to project manage and provide professional services for the delivery of the development, design, assessment and review of new works at three of the Sydney Catchment Authority's water supply dams and two weirs on the upper Nepean River for the provision of new environmental releases to the Nepean River. The Service Provider will coordinate and prepare feasibility reports, concept reports, business cases, environmental assessments, design details and tender specifications for the subsequent construction of the required works
Portion B
The purpose of this portion is to devise and consult on options and make recommendations for the environmental improvement of the operations of weirs on the Nepean River to improve river health. The improvements are to maximise the environmental benefits of the release of new environmental flows to the river in Portion A, to provide for effective fish passage and to meet appropriate human uses of the river. A community consultation program will be designed and facilitated including the preparation of an options paper for community input. The options paper is to reflect detailed analysis of the options for each weir and their implications. A final report of the process and its outcomes is to be completed by 16 July 2007.
