The provision of civil, mechanical and electrical maintenance services including labour, plant, vehicles, tools and materials, and all supervision, engineering and technical support and scheduling necessary to deliver the services on a 24 Hr a day, 7 days a week coverage for SCA assets that are predominately related to water supply.

Works include preventive maintenance in accordance with the SCA’s maintenance program conducted on a fixed price basis. Other works may be required and will be quoted on a job by job basis using the schedule of rates tendered by the contractor.

The services are to be delivered in the following regions:

·         Blue Mountains (west of Sydney)

·         South West Sydney

·         South East Sydney

·         Illawarra

·         Southern Highlands

·         Shoalhaven.

A mandatory tender briefing will be held on Friday 17 September commencing at 8.00AM at Warragamba Dam (Conference Centre), Production Avenue, Warragamba, to discuss aspects of this Tender including an explanation of the Works required and questions from the floor will be answered. This will be followed by a Site Inspection in the afternoon of selected sites. Site inspections are planned to conclude at 5:30PM.
