The TEC evaluated the proposal to identify any incomplete schedules/information according to the Tender Evaluation Methodology requirements. The TEC further requested the vendor's Financial Information for the past two years and obtained a Certificate of Currency for Insurance Policies as per Sydney Trains requirements. TEC also assessed Vendorâ€™s compliance with the mandatory requirements. Scored the RFP with 70% weightage for Technical and 30% for Price.
