The panel unanimously agrees the submissions of CERT and RailTrain best meet The Statement of Works requirements. Both submissions appropriately demonstrate extensive experience and expertise and outline a methodology that will meet the needs of NSW TrainLink. The advantage to engaging CERT is their ability to offer Smart and Skilled incentives to offset enrolment/completion costs. The panel agreed to engage CERT.
