Sydney Trains & NSW Trains / External Agency Ticket Sales Services for NSW TrainLink - WS220089

NSW Trains is seeking responses to this request for the provision of External Agency Ticket Sales Services for NSW Trains WS220089 (the RFP) from organisations or independent business who have a demonstrative ability to meet the requirements detailed in this RFP (Services) across regional NSW and interstate.

NSW Trains requires a network of “shopfront” independent businesses or an organisation with a number of “shopfront” outlets to act as sales agencies for NSW TrainLink products and services, in particular NSW TrainLink ticket sales services.

Objective of tender:

·         Identify and engage an efficient sales network;

·         Ensure the business profiles of Tenderers are current and relevant to NSW TrainLink business and legal requirements;

·         Undertake the majority of transactions online;

·         Identify and develop collaborative business opportunities;

·         Ensure NSW TrainLink customers have convenient and timely access to NSW TrainLink ticket sales services.

NSW Regions: Far North Coast, Mid North Coast, New England, Central Coast, Hunter, Central West, Orana/Far West, Riverina/Murray, Illawarra, Southern Highlands
