Rail Corporation NSW (RailCorp) manages a large portfolio of land which is surplus to operational requirements.  Sydney Trains on behalf of RailCorp has identified a structure at 5A Lusty St, Turrella which is vacant, dilapidated and requires demolition. 

The site is located between Turrella St (to the south), rail corridor (to the north and east) and high density residential structures (to the west). The proposed demolition includes the removal of all above ground structures (including hazardous materials) on the site but excludes the removal of the concrete slab
