Due to the breadth and scope of the area to be covered (across the state on NSW) the stations and other facilities have been divided into six (6) regions with each being classified as a separable portion for tendering purposes. Tenderers are able to bid to provide the required services in one portion or multiple portions.

SCOPE OF THE RFP

This tender is for the provision of Low Voltage Electrical Routine and Corrective Maintenance across various Assets including Railway Stations Platform(s) and Concourses and Non-Station facilities such as Car Parks, Bus Interchange, Subways, Travel Centres, Administration Buildings, Station Tenants, Station Yards & Sidings, Depots and Signal Complexes across NSW.

Assets in scope for this tender include but are not limited to low Voltage Distribution Boards, Lighting, Cabling, Illuminated Signs, Power Supply and Cabling.

The tender documentation includes the Scope of Works which defines the detail that Sydney Trains is seeking the Supplier to undertake and the draft contract defines the terms & condition under which the contract will operate.

In addition, prospective Tenderers must RSVP to the Mandatory Tender meetings in order to bid. Further details are contained in the Tender Invitation Document.

CONTRACT TERM

Contract term will be of multiple years with options for extension.

INTERFACE SYSTEMS

The successful tenderer will be expected to use Sydney Trains Defect Management System, Maintenance Request System and Reporting System as part of their services.
