Sydney Trains & NSW Trains / CONSTRUCTION & BUILDING WORKS PANEL - WS1090877780 -Tendering for Construction Panel

Sydney Trains intends to establish the following three prequalified panel tiers for various construction and building requirements.   

1. Tier 1: Construction & Building Works – Construction work valued $1M to $5M
2. Tier 2: General Construction Works – Construction work valued $250K and $1M
3. Tier 3: General Construction Works – Construction work valued up tp $250K  

The Panel will remain in place for an initial period of 36 months with extensions of two (2) further periods up to 24 months each, at Sydney Trains sole discretion.

There are multiple categories within each tier. Tenderers may apply for more than one category within each Tier. Sydney Trains may accept a Tenderer into one or more categories or tiers, if  they have met the Tender prequalifying requirements. 

The categories are as follows:  

Civil Construction Building Construction Heritage Building Construction Scaffolding Structural Steelwork Concreting

Asphalting Hazardous Material Removal Electrical Plumbing Roofing Painting

Sydney Trains will conduct a briefing session on Tuesday 28^th of August 2018 at 10:00.

Tenderers interested to participate in the briefing session need to register by sending an e-mail to Louna.Aoun@transport.nsw.gov.au with the participants’ names (maximum of two per company).

Meeting details will be provided to those who have egistered their interest to attend.
