The primary objective of this Industry Engagement is to engage the Out-Of-Home (OOH) Advertising industry for insights into bus shelters and interchanges located on RailCorp land with the aim of informing Sydney Trains of the opportunities in this market.
Sydney Trains wish to hear from all companies with an interest in this market but will use its discretion when deciding who to contact for participation in this Engagement. Industry Engagement is an opportunity for Sydney Trains and the Bus Shelter Advertising industry to discuss opportunities prior to a formal Procurement activity taking place.
The engagement process:
· Interested companies register their interest before the closing time/date
· Sydney Trains reviews responses and selects participants
· Sydney Trains makes contact with the selected participants to book one on one meetings
o You will be issued with information and a questionnaire for reference at the meeting
· At the conclusion of the Industry Engagement, Sydney Trains will consider the opportunity and the options available.
o Sydney Trains may or may not issue a Tender following this Industry Engagement.
You should consider your intellectual property prior to any discussions with Sydney Trains and either explicitly identify to Sydney Trains what you consider your property but you have a choice whether or not to divulge this commercially confidential information.
