Sydney Trains & NSW Trains / Fire Service Maintenance - WS213141

The Principal is seeking the Services of a Contractor to service and maintain the Fire Assets across the Network. The Contractor will be required to perform the following Services:

a)     to ensure that Service Assets are serviced and maintained in a manner that keeps the Fire Assets operating and functioning:

                                          i.    safely;

                                         ii.    with a high level of reliability; and

                                        iii.    availability and performance over their projected life.

The Contractor must undertake the Services in accordance with:

a)     to Australian Standards AS 1851 - 2012

b)    Technical Maintenance Plans (TMP);

The facilities that the Contractor are to undertake Services on include but are not limited to:

§   railway stations

§   car park

§   bus interchange

§   subway

§   travel centre

§   administration building

§   station tenant

§   station yards and siding

§   depot

§   signal complexes.
