Sydney Trains requires comprehensive routine and corrective maintenance services for mechanical heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC). The Scope of Works covers Railway Stations and Signal Complexes  in the Sydney, Newcastle and Wollongong Metropolitan  Areas. Maintenance is to be performed in accordance with Technical Maintenance Plans specific to Sydney Trains.  

It is expected that during the term of the contract other locations may be added to the Scope of Works specified in the tender documents.

Sydney Trains is seeking responses to this Request for Tender to select one or more primary suppliers to deliver a consolidated set of services for ongoing maintenance.

Sydney Trains will conduct a Mandatory Pre-Tender Briefing for prospective tenderers as follows:

Time & Date: 11:00 am Thursday 7 August 2014

Location: The “Jimmy Little Room” Ground Floor, South Wing, 477 Pitt St, Sydney 

A mandatory onsite visit at three locations is required. You need to take action to register for this. The details are in the Part A invitation.
