The primary objective of the contract is for the provision of an on-going and relatively self-sufficient means of performing routine Plumbing Maintenance Services – Preventative and Reactive at various station and station building assets across the Sydney Trains network in a cost effective and efficient manner.

The contract will also cover associated structures and areas such as footbridges, on grade and multistorey carparks, station buildings, bus interchanges, subways and any other asset maintained by Sydney Trains including supplementary work sites in 3 separable geographic regions.

NSW Regions: Far North Coast, Mid North Coast, New England, Central Coast, Hunter, Cumberland/Prospect, Nepean, Northern Sydney, Inner West, South East Sydney, South West Sydney, Central West, Orana/Far West, Riverina/Murray, Illawarra, Southern Highlands
