Sydney Trains is seeking submissions through a Request for Tender (RFT) from potential suppliers interested in the refurbishment of an existing building (exterior and interior) including office and amenities fit out to allow consolidation of technical staff from multiple locations into this site. 

Refurbishment and upgrade of the Old Drivers Quarters (Eveleigh Barracks) 75 Railway Parade, Erskineville, NSW 2043 is required to enable the accommodation of 70 Sydney Trains technology staff to be co-located into a single two story dwelling. 

The work will require the internal and external refurbishment of the existing two story building and will include office and amenities fit out.  The work will include but not limited to demolition works to allow for the installation of hydraulic, mechanical and fire protection systems. Piling work for floor strengthening is also required as well as the supply and installation of vertical transportation to enable DDA and BCA compliance and certification. 

On completion of building works, as built documentation, Operations and Maintenance manuals are to be delivered as part of this project.
