Sydney Trains & NSW Trains / EOI for Electronic Permitting System (EPS) - WS2923129504

Sydney Trains seeks responses from suitably qualified suppliers to provide an Electronic Permitting System to replace the manual and paper-based processes with a digital platform to manage the entire lifecycle of the Permitting Process. 

This Expression of Interest (EOI) will focus on the following: 

1. Conduct an EOI process with potential Electronic Permitting System suppliers to understand market capacity, capability and interest. 

2. Subject to the outcome (including market interest) of the EOI process, an evaluation committee, using non-priced criteria; will identify a short-list of not more than four suppliers to take through to a subsequent tendering phase. 

Sydney Trains will select a maximum of 4 vendors based on the outcome of this EOI, and a Selective RFT will be conducted with those 4 vendors to execute a contract to carry out the work. 

Applicants must complete and execute a Process and Confidentiality Deed Poll as a prerequisite for registration for the EOI and as a condition precedent to releasing the remaining EOI Documents.

Expression of Interest For Pre-Qualification - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a type of work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).
