Sydney Trains & NSW Trains / Upgrade of Physical Security Systems - WS3186514907 EOI

Sydney Trains are investigating the state of the market technology to upgrade the physical security of a number of critical assets across the network. The following assets are currently being secured through padlocks. 

• Electrical assets (including traction substations, section huts, system substations (non-traction), distribution substations, 1500V field switches and high voltage field switches)

• Signalling assets ( including relay rooms, signal boxes, point boxes, compressor room, walk in locations) 

This Open - EOI is intended as a two-stage process. The EOI and Evaluation (Stage 1) anticipates the outcomes to be proceeding to the finalisation of Proof of Concept and Trial (Stage 2).

Expression of Interest For Pre-Qualification - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a type of work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).
