Sydney Trains’ EAM Program is seeking to engage Professional Services to compile the operating practice standards manual to align the integrated business process architecture, intelligent capability modelling and optimisation and integrated analysis and metrics technologies.The supplier is required to have the appropriate combined level of expertise across operational, portfolio, program and project management practice; extensive experience in large scale complex infrastructure environments; rail discipline experience in strategic and tactical planning; and exposure to digitally federating multi-class / discipline schedules.

NSW Regions: Cumberland/Prospect, Nepean, Northern Sydney, Inner West, South East Sydney, South West Sydney
