Tender Details

Sydney Trains utilise Minor Plant and Equipment Instruments for maintenance activities, drawing on these from four Major Works locations:

 -       Swan Street, Hamilton;

 -       Dean Street, Wollongong;

 -       322 Parramatta Road, Clyde; and,

 -       Heavy Plant and Resurfacing Depot, Highgate and Rawson Street, Auburn.

Sydney Trains is seeking responses from experienced, suitably qualified suppliers who have a demonstrated ability to meet its requirements for the maintenance of the Minor Plant and Equipment Instruments which include, but are not limited to, the following Instrument categories:

 1)     Torque wrenches

 2)     Track shunt testers

 3)     Infrared thermometers

 4)     Insulation testers

 5)     Micrometers

 6)     Scopemeters  

 The scope will involve:

 1)   Calibration services

 2)   Adhoc repair services

 3)   Associated reporting

 4)   Associated logistics

 5)   Either NATA accreditation or ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation
