RailCorp is seeking information regarding the capabilities of commercial passenger information products in the marketplace as part of its passenger information improvement initiative. This initiative is closely linked to RailCorp’s ‘Fast, accurate, useful information’ strategy whose vision is to provide passengers with clear, fast accurate and useful information during all stages of the customer journey, particularly during times of disruption.

In this context, RailCorp is seeking information about a passenger information product that will:

·         Capture and consolidate passenger information from its backend legacy systems

·         Manage and transform passenger information content into audiovisual messages and information

·         Distribute and deliver passenger information to internal and external channels in a consistent manner

NSW Regions: Central West, Far West, Hunter, Illawarra, Mid North Coast, Murray, Murrumbidgee, Northern, North Western, Richmond Tweed, South Eastern, Sydney

Invitation To Respond - This is not a tender. The system is being used for invitation for public response to information published on, or accessible through, this website. Examples would include EIS, discussion papers, requests for information, registrations for position appointments, etc.
