Tender Details

RailCorp is seeking to set up a new plant hire system for the supply of a range of Hired Equipment (Plant, Trucks & Water Vehicles) at fixed prices over the term of 1 April 2009 to 31 March 2010. The system will be managed directly by RailCorp using a database of plant hire contractors to provide equipment across all of RailCorp's rail network.

In order to gain access to the proposal documents, tenderers are required to register their interest by sending an email to HiredEquipmentTender@railcorp.nsw.gov.au, enclosing the following information; company name, contact name, postal address, email address and phone number.

On receipt of the above details, RailCorp will register the tenderer and provide access information to the tendering website (Ariba), through which the tenderer’s response will be lodged.
