Transport Asset Holding Entity of New South Wales / Construction of a building for Combined Signals and SCADA at Granville Depot - WS73293

Rail Corporation New South Wales (RailCorp) is a New South Wales Government Agency constituted under the Transport Administration Act 1988 (NSW), with responsibility for the provision of passenger rail services within New South Wales.

The purpose of this tender is to appoint a Contractor to construct a new building to provide improved and modern facilities to relocate and merge the SCADA and Granville and Clyde Signal Teams to new premises within the RailCorp East Street Depot at Granville, NSW.

The construction of the new facilities and associated upgrading works to the surrounding areas shall be required to impact minimally on the existing Depots operations.

Throughout the course of the works for this contract the rail corridors, vehicle and pedestrian access to the various areas of the Depot are to generally remain operational at all times. It may be necessary to carry out some of the major tasks during any stipulated possession (closure) times at the Depot and adjoining rail corridor.
