The AOG program will draw on organisational components for alignment and synergy (e.g. the succession planning process) and the intention is to procure a new program targeting the needs of Frontline management and supervisors. This new program will take into consideration the Lead self program tools and language to build synergy and maintain alignment. The new program directed at first level managers will cascade and progress change closer to the operation with the support of upper management.
