Tender Details

TENDER OPPORTUNITY

Rail Corporation New South Wales is a New South Wales Government Agency constituted under

the
Transport Administration Act 1988
(NSW), with responsibility for the provision of passenger

rail services within New South Wales.

RailCorp may require, from time to time, the supply and delivery of track fasteners including:-

Swage fasteners; Benkler kits; lock spikes; dog screws; lock screws; rail clips; rail pads; rail

insulators; sleeper plates; screw spikes; double helical washers and fish plates.

RailCorp is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (“
the RFT
”) from suppliers who have a

demonstrative ability to supply these goods (“
the Goods
”) at such times and in such quantities as
STRUCTURE OF THE RFT

The RFT consists of the following parts:-

Part A Invitation Documents

: contains details of the tender opportunity and objectives of the
Part B Tender Proposal

: specifies the information to be provided by a tenderer.
Part C Supply Agreement

: contains the proposed Supply Agreement details setting out the terms
Part D Specification

: contains the technical requirements and description of the Goods in respect

and conditions upon which RailCorp may contract with any successful tenderer for the

supply of the Goods.

RFT, as well as the Conditions of Tendering applying to the tendering process.

RailCorp may require.

NSW Regions: Central West, Far West, Hunter, Illawarra, Mid North Coast, Murray, Murrumbidgee, Northern, North Western, Richmond Tweed, South Eastern, Sydney

RFT Type

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender.
