Tender Details
Rail Corporation New South Wales (“RailCorp”) is a statutory State-owned corporation constituted under the Transport Administration Act 1988 (NSW), with responsibility for the provision of passenger rail services within New South Wales. RailCorp owns and maintains the rail infrastructure in the greater metropolitan Sydney region and delivers the CityRail and CountryLink passenger services.
The Passenger Information team, within the Asset Operations business group of RailCorp, is responsible for installation and maintenance of all Station Passenger Information projects and devices with installations mainly geographically bounded by the RailCorp electric train network.
RailCorp requires from time to time, supply and delivery of certain goods, for these projects, including:-
i) Concourse Indicators,
ii) Platform Indicator and Variable Message Screens
iii) Related items and spare parts for maintenance of housings.
RailCorp intends to establish Supply Agreements with up to five (5) suppliers for the supply and delivery of these Goods. Separate briefs or scope of services will be issued to selected supplier for individual projects and payment via separate order will be based on the schedule of rate items tendered. The suppliers must note that the supply agreement is a priced supply agreement and the lowest priced supplier for the respective Goods (within the required delivery period, whenever applicable) will be the first preferred supplier and likely to receive more orders.
Supply Agreement period will be 2 years with the option to extend the agreement, at RailCorp’s discretion, for 2 further one year periods.

Tenderers are required to submit a signed and dated Deed of Confidentiality form prior to gaining access to the tender event.
The Deed of Confidentiality form will be issued to Tenderer's who submit an expression of interest e-mail for this Event to tenderinfo@railcorp.nsw.gov.au and include the following details:

Tenderers using Apple’s Macintosh computers should use Firefox as a web browser to access the tender documents over the internet, once access is provided.
