The Provision of accommodation of RailCorp’s (CountryLink) train crew on a regular basis in close proximity to Canberra Railway Station (Kingston).  For approximately 468 rooms per annum (rooms only),  the contract period for the Services shall be for two (2) years with an option to extend for a further three (3) one (1) year periods at the sole discretion of RailCorp.
