RailCorp called open tenders from the public for an Expression of Interest for the Provision of Professional Services for Business Improvement Program for Asset Delivery business in September 2007. Seven (7) respondents were pre-qualified in the process.
The Seven (7) Pre-qualified Tenderers who have been invited to tender for this RFT are deemed to have had sufficient knowledge of this project from Expressions of Interest stage.
The BIP is to be implemented over the next 12 to 18 months. To achieve this timeframe a BIP project (the Project) is to be established and managed separately from day-to-day business activity, with a primary focus on driving the BIP through to a successful conclusion.
