Transport Asset Holding Entity of New South Wales / Provision of Accommodation for CountryLink Train Crew in Armidale - 08/03047

The purpose of this document is to invite tenders for the accommodation of RailCorps (CountryLink) train crew on a regular basis in Armidale. The accommodation required is for room(s) only and the contract period for the Services shall be for two (2) years with an option to extend for a further three (3) one (1) year periods at the sole discretion of RailCorp. The Contract shall be based on a Fixed Rate per room for the first 12 months and then subject to adjustment for subsequent years.
