RailCorp wants to upgrade its Personal Response (Duress Alarm) System to utilise current generation technology.
The purpose of this RFI is to invite organisations to submit information on Personal Response Systems and Technology for consideration by RailCorp.
By way of this Request for Information RailCorp is seeking market information from companies that may have proven systems or components that may be suitable for this purpose. RailCorp will review the responses to this request to assess the suitability and appropriateness of the technologies to its requirements.
This Request for Information does not imply any commitment to proceed with procurement. However, should RailCorp decide to procure particular components and/or systems as a result of this review, Respondents who respond to this Request for Information will be advised of the procurement process.
