Transport Asset Holding Entity of New South Wales / Supply of Non-Bulk Electricity - 2007/1301

The purpose of this Request for Tender is to invite offers to supply low voltage non-bulk electricity to RailCorps supply points throughout NSW. The preference is to appoint a sole Retailer to provide low-voltage electricity, including value added and beneficial services. However, if geographical, physical or other circumstances dictate that a single Retailer cannot, in its own right or through a third party arrangement, provide all of the required services, or if advantageous for RailCorp to do so, then more than one contractor may be appointed. Such decision shall be at the sole discretion of RailCorp. This Invitation is only open to entities with a current Retail Suppliers license under the Electricity Supply Act 1995 (NSW) (the Act) and who carry on the business of selling electricity in NSW This requirement is separate from the supply to the RailCorp High Voltage Bulk Supply Points, which is covered by a separate supply agreement
