Tender Details
This project forms part of
the Business Finance Improvement (BFI) Program.
The Design Phase for the
TC2P project is expected to cover the following:
- Developing a Vision
- Developing a conceptual design for the future state To Be
processes
- Ending with the finalisation of a detailed design, implementation
plan and business case
- Is expected to take into account the findings and outcomes of the
preceding current position analysis
- Is expected to provide the outputs required to seek Board approval
to proceed to the build and implementation phase.
