Transport Asset Holding Entity of New South Wales / Dubbo Station Drainage Works & Sandstone Repair and Restoration Work - 2007/1212

Rail Corporation New South Wales (RailCorp) is seeking tenders from the shortlisted Tenderers to carry out sandstone repair and restoration works and drainage works at Dubbo Station.

The existing sandstone buildings at Dubbo Railway Station platform building and Station Masters Residence are State Heritage listed and as part of the ongoing maintenance of the Dubbo platform building and Station Masters residence building it has been identified that various facades of the buildings are deteriorating due to poor drainage and therefore in need of restoration. The Scope of Services in both buildings will consist of:-

§         Supply and Manufacture of new nominated sandstone units,

§         Repair work of existing sandstone units including hairline indents and synthetic repairs,

§         Desalination, lead work and cleaning,

§         Drainage works around the two buildings
