Using the services of a contracted provider, RailCorp currently provides an Employee Assistance Program available to its employees and their families.
Additionally, critical incident support services are provided for staff who are exposed to a serious incident in the workplace.
Tenders are now invited from professional organisations specialising in the provision of an Employee Assistance Program, critical incident support services, training services and management consultation.
The approach is to address issues at both the individual and corporate levels. This means that the services provided are aimed towards supporting the health and well-being of employees to the extent that it produces measurable results for the organisation.
