Transport Asset Holding Entity of New South Wales / Panel of Preferred Printers for Communications Group, RailCorp - 2007/0804P

RailCorp currently uses various external printers to undertake small and large printing jobs for the RailCorp Communications Group. The introduction of a panel of preferred printers will meet an ongoing requirement for specific expertise in RailCorps business, as well improving the time constraints often in place. The Panel will be formed of up to eight printing companies for an initial period of twelve (12) months duration with an option to extend the period by a further two (2) periods of twelve (12) months each  to be exercised on RailCorps discretion). Note : Final number of panel members shall be at RailCorp's discretion. RailCorps printing requirements are an assortment of jobs ranging from DL single sided to the 130+ page Annual Report. In order to maximise existing infrastructure and resources, the Panel will operate on an as-needs basis. RailCorp, when placing orders will give preference to the First Preferred Supplier for that category of work. When the Preferred Supplier informs RailCorp that a required order cannot be undertaken in full due to the size of the order or due to time constraints on that order, the next alternative Supplier(s) will be requested to perform the required printing.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender.
