Transport Asset Holding Entity of New South Wales / Panel for the Provision of Investigation Services - 2007/0801P

RailCorp invites tenders (from suitably qualified investigators/organisations) for the establishment of a priced panel for the Provision of Investigation Services. 

It is intended that:

a)       The successful panel members will predominately be comprised of firms/organisations made up of former police officers/investigators who have the relevant qualifications and the relevant experience in investigating fraud, corruption, maladministration and/or waste allegations.

b)       The successful panel members will be engaged (as required) by RailCorps Internal Audit & Investigations Unit, to conduct confidential enquiries and investigations into allegations of fraud, corruption, maladministration and waste within RailCorp.

c)       The successful panel members will be engaged (as required) to do the day to day work that is currently being or is required to be outsourced.

d)       The successful panel members will be engaged (as required) to undertake the more complex investigations.

This panel will be established for a two (2) year term with an option to extend the panel for a further two (2) periods of up to twelve (12) months each, at RailCorps sole discretion.
