Transport Asset Holding Entity of New South Wales / Construction of Stormwater Drainage and Minor Works at Lots 1 & 2 of 10 Worth Street Chullora - 2007/1801

RailCorp has engaged Landcom as its project manager to manage the design and construction of sundry civil works at lots 1, 2 and 3, 10 Worth Street, Chullora, viz:

- Construction of erosion and sedimentation controls.

- Construction of a floodway (grassed /concrete).

- Construction of a heavy duty crossing.

- Construction of stormwater outlets, headwalls, pits and drainage lines.

- Regrading and turfing the existing floodway along the Worth Street frontage.

- Removal of temporary works on completion.

- Removal of redundant in ground services where such services clash with new work.

Tenderers must submit tender prices for Tender A - the grassed floodway, and Tender B- the concrete floodway.

Bankstown City Council Civic Design Services has completed the civil works designs; and the Construction Certificate has also been issued.

RailCorp will disconnect all electrical and communication lines within the site boundaries.

The Contract will be on the basis of a Fixed Lump Sum Price excluding Goods and Services Tax (GST) (not subject to Rise and Fall and not subject to exchange rate variations).
