The purpose of the Contract is to upgrade the existing Electrical Substation known as Meeks Road Substation, Marrickville.
The Substation is located off Way Street, Tempe NSW.
Works involve the building of a new amenities room, alterations to various switch rooms within the Substation and alterations to existing external structures.
