Tender Details

RailCorp is seeking to enter into an agreement with a Supplier (or Suppliers) for the design, manufacture, testing and delivery of RTU products for use on RailCorp’s Electric Power SCADA System to specified locations within the RailCorp rail network. In particular, these products shall be supplied to RailCorp in one of two ways:

· the supply of complete RTUs assembled into a purpose built cubicle and supplied to RailCorp for installation, and / or

· the supply of RTU components mounted on gear plates and supplied to RailCorp for installation into an existing cubicle.

Additionally, the Supplier may be further required to:

· supply ancillary items such as spare parts, test equipment, manuals and licencing; and

· undertake training services and provide training materials.

The Supply Agreement is for a specified Term with optional extensions as detailed in Part C.
