Transport Asset Holding Entity of New South Wales / Panel for Roofing and Roof Plumbing Trade Services - WS92240

RailCorp is currently in the process of establishing a panel for roofing and roof plumbing trade services to meet its ongoing needs for these services over time.

The services sought through the Panel may be required at various locations (including railway and other transport premises) throughout New South Wales.  The Panel will remain in place for an initial period of 2 years with extensions, at RailCorp’s sole discretion, of up to three (3) further periods of up to 1 year each.  At discrete times throughout the period of the panel, RailCorp may invite tenders for additional panel members.

Over the period of the Panel, if RailCorp identifies a need for Particular Services covered by the Panel, it may invite a panel member (or panel members) to submit a tender.  This tender invitation will be in a form and contain conditions required by RailCorp, at its sole discretion, and will generally require submissions through RailCorp’s tendering software (Ariba™).  Tender invitations will generally require submission on a fixed lump sum and/or schedule of rates basis.

Registration for the Panel will close at 10am on Wednesday 7 September 2011.  Applicants must note that the APR Documentation contains minimum criteria for entry to the panel.
