Tender Details
The proposed contract for maintenance services is only for the larger HVAC systems within selected Stations and Signal Boxes.
The services required under this contract comprise but are not limited to:
- Routine Service Maintenance of HVAC Equipment detailed on the Equipment Lists in accordance with the Technical Maintenance Plans (TMPs), current best practice and manufacturer’s instructions, all as per work orders to be issued by RailCorp.
- Breakdown service.
- Provision of Maintenance Reports.
- Provision of reports covering additional service/repair work necessary.
- Provision of reports detailing corrections to Equipment Lists
- Provision of supplementary reports detailing suggestion for the improving of the Maintenance.
- Cleaning of plant rooms.
- Verification of fire mode operation including fire Damper installation.
- Incident reporting.
- Maintenance of Safety and Environmental protection Procedures.
